Alick Brooke, retired Chief Information Officer of Alberta Children's Services, his horse Zeus along with Guy Bourassa and his mounts, Chip and Cheyanne, are currently on a horseback expedition to raise funds and public awareness on Child Exploitation. The expedition began May 9, 2012, and their journey will take them from Edmonton to Halifax, and returning to Edmonton in August, 2012. After working with children in one way or another for over 38 years, Alick feels that spending three months in the saddle to raise awareness is the least he can do to help these children.

The Angel Express was scheduled to be in Yorkton on May 30, but the riders arrived a few days early at Moonshadow Stables. The first few days the horses where on rest and pasture. On May 30 a ride-along led them officially to Moonshadow Stables with a police escort. PTRA members then joined in to meet Zeus and Alick, followed by a barbeque. The following day they moved on, and Karen took them lunch when they were near Rokeby.
